Every mine has its own site induction and nothing here replaces it. What a contractor or a labour hire crew arrives with is the general awareness underneath it: fatigue, isolation, dust, noise, chemicals, fitness for work. A site that has to teach all of that from scratch at the gate has a slower gate.
These courses are done on a phone before the swing, most in under an hour, and end with a certificate the site can verify by its ID without ringing anyone. Where a course covers a rule that a state treats differently, the course names the state in the lesson.
