Are WorkProof courses accredited?
WorkProof courses are non-accredited awareness training. They provide a certificate of completion, not a nationally recognised unit of competency. Some training in Australia, such as the construction White Card and high-risk work licences, must be delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO); our courses do not replace that training.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. When you complete the lessons and pass the online assessment, a certificate of completion with a unique, publicly verifiable ID is issued instantly. You can print it or save it as a PDF.
Can I train my whole team?
Yes. Businesses can buy multiple seats in a single checkout and receive an enrolment code for each team member. Your dashboard tracks who has redeemed their code and completed their training.
What is the difference between quantity 1 and quantity 2 or more?
Quantity 1 on a single course enrols you directly, so you can start straight away. Quantity 2 or more turns that line into seats: after checkout, send each seat from your dashboard by email, and the person you send it to gets a one-click link that adds the course to their own account automatically.
How does course pack pricing work?
A course pack unlocks every course listed in it for 20% less than buying those same courses one by one.
Is the training written for my state or territory?
Australia's WHS and OHS laws are made separately in each state and territory. Victoria, for example, runs the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 rather than the model WHS laws. Our courses are written for Australian workplaces and, where a course covers something a state treats differently, the course page carries a notice that names the state. Read that notice before you buy.
When You MUST Use Accredited Training Instead
Australian WHS laws require certain training to be delivered by an RTO or licensed provider. Common examples include:
- General construction induction (“White Card”): required before carrying out construction work in every state and territory (unit CPCWHS1001, RTO delivery only).
- High-risk work licences: forklifts, cranes, hoists, pressure equipment, scaffolding, rigging and dogging all require a licence issued by your state regulator after training and assessment by an accredited assessor.
- Licensed asbestos removal work, licensed demolition and similar licensed classes of work.
- First aid certification (e.g. HLTAID011 Provide First Aid) where your workplace first aid needs assessment requires certified first aiders.
- Approved HSR training: Health and Safety Representatives must attend a regulator-approved training course to exercise their statutory powers.
Requirements differ between states and territories. Always check with your local WHS regulator (SafeWork NSW, WorkSafe Victoria, WorkSafe Queensland, SafeWork SA, WorkSafe WA, WorkSafe Tasmania, WorkSafe ACT or NT WorkSafe) before relying on any training for a legal requirement.
