Who Is Behind WorkProof
WorkProof is built by Creative Directions Management Consulting Pty Ltd, a Sydney consultancy that helps Australian businesses build safety, quality and environmental management systems and get them ready for certification.
Why These Courses Exist
For years the same thing kept happening on client sites: a head contractor, an auditor or a regulator would ask for training records, and the business would have a folder of toolbox talk sign on sheets and nothing that showed what anyone had actually been taught. The training existed. The proof did not.
WorkProof is the fix: short courses written against the current law, with a certificate that anyone can verify.
Who Writes and Checks Them
The courses are written and approved by Kam Askari, Managing Director of Creative Directions Management Consulting Pty Ltd, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. MBA, Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, MAICD. He conducts certification audits of Australian businesses for certification bodies, has run health, safety, environment and quality on live construction sites and other industries, and trains the people who do the work. That is the person who, on the other side of the table, asks to see your training records. Every course is checked against the Act, Regulation or Code it is built on, and the date of that check is printed on the course page.
What You Are Buying
Every course purchase, whether it is one seat or fifty, gives you the same five things. Subscription Seats work differently and are set out in the Terms of Sale.
Public Verification
A verification ID on that certificate, which anyone can check on the verify page without an account and without paying.
Access
Bought for yourself: six months of access from the day you pay. Team seat: six months from the day the worker activates their code.
Tax Invoice
A tax invoice on your account the moment you pay, showing our ABN and GST.
Seven Day Refund
Seven day refund on any course seat you have not started, or any team seat whose enrolment code has not been activated.
What This Is Not
WorkProof is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our courses are professional development and awareness training only. On completion you receive a certificate of completion, not a Statement of Attainment, not a unit of competency under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), and not a licence of any kind.
