Questions People Ask First
Is WorkProof training accredited?
No. WorkProof is not a Registered Training Organisation. Our courses are non-accredited awareness training. When you finish a course and pass the assessment you receive a certificate of completion with a verification ID, not a nationally recognised qualification, a unit of competency, a licence or a ticket. Some training in Australia, such as the construction White Card and high risk work licences, must come from an RTO. If that is what you have been asked for, this is not it.
Will a head contractor or a client accept a WorkProof certificate?
That is their call and it depends on what they asked for. Many site gates and prequalification portals ask for evidence that a worker has done awareness training on the hazards they will meet and for a record with a name and a date. A WorkProof certificate is that. If they asked for a White Card, a licence or a nationally recognised unit, a WorkProof certificate is not that and we say so on every course page. The simplest way to find out is to send them the verify link before you buy for a whole crew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within seven days of purchase for any course that has not been started. A course counts as started once any lesson, material or assessment has been opened. Email support@workproof.com.au with your order number. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
