An Unlimited Training plan is an optional yearly plan for a company account. The customer may assign courses to named workers, and each named worker may complete the courses assigned to them while the plan year is paid.
It is for a company account. Up to 100 named workers is the online maximum. A plan for more than 100 named workers is sold only by quote.
A named worker is a person the company names on its plan who has accepted our invitation. A place on the plan is in use from the day the person is named.
Each tier includes every course published on this website during a paid plan year, including courses added after the plan starts, at no extra charge. The tier sets the most named workers on the plan at one time. The plan fee depends only on the tier, not on how many courses are assigned.
A plan year is 12 months. A plan bought online renews each year until renewal is turned off in the company account. A renewal notice is sent at least 30 days before the plan year ends, and the saved card is charged 7 days before the plan year ends unless renewal is off. There is no grace period.
A plan for up to 100 named workers is paid by card at checkout, and we email the tax invoice when the payment succeeds. The card is saved for the yearly renewal. A plan for more than 100 named workers is sold by quote: once the order form is accepted, we send the tax invoice, and it is paid by the due date in the order form.
If renewal is turned off after the renewal charge, on any day up to and including the last day of the plan year, we refund that renewal charge in full and the plan ends at the end of the plan year. The 30 day money back guarantee applies to the first plan year only. Rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
If the plan is not right for the team, the customer may email contact@workproof.com.au, or send a message through the contact form, within 30 days after the day the first plan fee is received. We refund in full everything paid for the plan in that time, including any payment to move up. This applies even if named workers have started or finished courses. It applies to the first plan year only, and once for each company. If we refund under this guarantee, the plan ends on the day we confirm the refund, the company no longer has access to its Training Register, and each named worker keeps every certificate they completed under the plan. This guarantee is in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.
*25% off for the first 100 companies. This is a fixed dollar amount, equal to 25% of the standard price of the tier you choose today. You keep that same amount off every year you renew on this tier or a bigger one. You lose it for good if you move to a smaller tier, if you do not renew by the end of your plan year, or if we end your plan because of a breach of the Terms. Not available on Custom quotes (plans for more than 100 workers). Per worker figures are the total including GST divided by the worker limit.
‡30 day money back guarantee: if your plan is not right for your team, email us or use our contact form within 30 days after the day we receive your first Plan Fee, and we refund in full everything you have paid for the plan in that time, including any payment to move up. It applies to your first plan year only, and once for each company. If we refund, your plan ends, your workers keep every certificate they have earned, and your company account no longer shows your training register; we do not send a copy. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
†Zero USI red tape: WorkProof courses are awareness training, not nationally recognised (accredited) training. They do not lead to a statement of attainment or a qualification, so no Unique Student Identifier (USI) is needed. They do not give a licence, including a high risk work licence, and do not replace accredited training where a law or a licence requires it.
