Management Review and Continual Improvement Awareness
Management review is the point where leadership either owns the management system or quietly delegates it away. This course covers what the review is for, what has to go into it, what has to come out of it as decisions rather than notes, what continual improvement actually means beyond fixing faults and the failure patterns that turn a review into a reporting ritual. Applies across the quality, environmental and safety standards, which share largely the same requirements here.

- Explain what management review is for and why top management has to conduct it
- Describe the inputs a review must consider and where they come from
- Explain what has to come out of a review, and why decisions are the output rather than minutes
- Describe what continual improvement means and how it goes beyond correcting faults
- Recognise the failure patterns that reduce a review to a reporting exercise
