ISO Management Systems Training Courses

Written by an ISO Lead Auditor, for the people who have to face one. Certification does not fail on the manual; it fails when the people on the floor cannot say what the system asks of them. These courses give every worker, supervisor and manager the same plain English understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and the standards around them.

Awareness courses for the whole workforce before a Stage 2 or a surveillance audit, and follow on courses for the people who run the system afterwards: internal auditing, management review, nonconformity and corrective action, and running the system once the certificate is on the wall. Editions are named on every course.
