Who This Course Is For
Workers, supervisors, managers and contractors in an organisation certified to ISO 9001 or working towards certification and anyone who wants to understand what the standard asks of them.
Accreditation: This is a non-accredited awareness course. It is written against ISO 9001:2015 including Amd 1:2024, the Climate action changes amendment, which is the edition in force at the date of writing; a sixth edition is expected in September 2026 and this course does not describe that text. It builds general awareness of the ISO 9001 quality management system standard and does not issue a formal qualification. Completing it does not certify you, does not certify your organisation and is not a substitute for an audit by an accredited certification body or for your organisation's own documented quality management system.
