Plenty of cyber and privacy incidents start with an everyday task: an email about an invoice, a file saved in the wrong place, customer details pasted into an AI tool. These five courses give every staff member the basics, not just the IT team.

Email Scams and Invoice Fraud Awareness covers payment redirection, the scam that arrives as an ordinary email about an ordinary invoice. Cyber Security and Information Security Awareness covers everyday security habits for all staff. Privacy and Data Protection (Australian Privacy Principles) explains the Australian Privacy Principles for everyday work. Records and Information Management Awareness covers everyday recordkeeping, and Responsible AI in the Workplace covers using generative AI tools safely and ethically.

Each takes 35 to 45 minutes, runs on a phone and costs $39 inc GST, with a certificate per person so you can show who has been trained. They are awareness courses, not accredited units, and they do not replace your own IT and privacy policies.
