What You Will Learn
Recognise family and domestic violence, its many forms, and how it can affect a person at work
Explain the paid family and domestic violence leave entitlement under the Fair Work Act 2009, including who can access it and how
Respond to a disclosure in a way that is supportive, respectful and non-judgemental
Apply confidentiality and privacy obligations, including keeping the leave off pay slips
Refer people to appropriate support pathways, including 1800RESPECT and emergency services
