A practical awareness course for people who work from home some or all of the time, and for the managers who set those arrangements. It covers the WHS and OHS duties that continue when work is done at a private home, a usable home workstation and environment, staying reachable in an emergency, psychosocial risks of home and hybrid work and the checklists, reporting and privacy habits that keep the arrangement under review. It is the integrated working-from-home path. It does not replace the fuller Office Ergonomics, Working Alone or Psychosocial Hazards courses.
